1. The name of a non-profit organization includes its name and an indication of its organizational and legal form. It may include additional information required by law.

It is not allowed to use names in the name of a non-profit organization that contradict the requirements of legislation or norms of public morality, or the proper names of persons if they do not match the name of the participants or if the participants have not received permission from these persons (their heirs) to use their own name.

2. The location of a non-profit organization is recognized as the location of its permanent body.

3. The name and location of a non-profit organization shall be indicated in its constituent documents.
