Article 7. Health protection of the Law On the Legal Status of Foreigners
Foreigners and stateless persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided with medical assistance in the presence of a voluntary health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
