The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

Article 7. Fully transfer to local budget revenues taxes on profits of enterprises and organizations owned by administrative-territorial units, cooperatives, enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperation, public and religious organizations, small enterprises, income tax from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons, state duty, water charges and taxes natural resources, forest income, mandatory local taxes and fees, local taxes and fees imposed by local Councils of People's Deputies, proceeds from the placement of the 1992 State Domestic Loan of the Republic of Kazakhstan, fees and various non-tax payments (with the exception of certain types of income credited to the republican budget).  The footnote.
