1. The Republic of Kazakhstan ensures freedom of search, formation, transmission, storage and use of digital data within the limits established by this Code and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Restriction of access to digital data is allowed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The State promotes the development of a mechanism for the openness, reliability, accessibility, relevance, completeness of digital data, their digital compatibility and the free exchange of digital data.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
