1. Authorized body in the field of industrial safety:

1) carries out state control and supervision in the field of industrial safety during the operation of the main pipeline in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Civil Protection";

2) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital within the limits of their competence:

1) participate in the implementation of state policy in the field of the main pipeline;

2) ensure the provision of land plots for the needs of the main pipeline in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assist in the elimination of accidents and emergencies on the main pipeline and their consequences;

4) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall carry out customs regulation of the movement of products through the main pipeline across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union in accordance with the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
