Article 7. Bodies of a credit partnership Chapter 4. Management of a credit partnership of the Law On Credit Partnerships
1. The bodies of the credit partnership are:
1) the highest body is the general meeting of the participants of the credit partnership;
2) the executive body is the Management Board;
3) the controlling body is the audit Commission (auditor).
2. The charter of a credit partnership may provide for the establishment of supervisory bodies (the supervisory board).
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 N 400.
This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
