1. The target assets of the unified accumulative pension fund with a total amount are stored and recorded in accounts with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the agreement concluded between the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the unified accumulative pension fund.

2. The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the right to open accounts with foreign custodian banks for the purpose of accounting and storing the target assets of the unified accumulative pension fund.
