1. By decision of the head of the law enforcement agency, persons provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 7 and paragraph 1 of Article 7-1 of this Law may be admitted to the law enforcement service outside of competitive selection.

2. The study of candidates entering out of competitive selection, their verification for compliance with qualification requirements and the requirements provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 6 of this Law, are carried out by personnel services and other law enforcement agencies.

3. Appointment of a person to a position in law enforcement agencies outside of competitive selection is subject to compliance with the qualification requirements and requirements established by this Law.

This Law regulates public relations related to admission to the law enforcement service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status (status), financial support and social protection of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
