 The functions of the Board of Trustees of the innovation cluster include:

1) defining strategic objectives for the development of an innovation cluster;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015); 3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015); 4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015); 5) excluded By the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2014 No. 269-V (effective from 01.01.2015);

6) other functions provided for by this Law and the regulations on the Board of Trustees of the innovation cluster.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2014 No. 207-V SAM.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
