Article 6. State guarantees against unfair actions in the implementation of security activities and insurance of employees of security organizations holding positions of security guards of the Law On Security Activities
1. The State guarantees and ensures the observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal entities when carrying out activities by security entities.
2. It is not allowed to carry out security activities to achieve goals that are obviously contrary to the principles of law and order and morality.
3. A person whose rights and legitimate interests are violated by the actions of a person engaged in security activities has the right to demand appropriate explanations and information from such person, and also has the right to appeal such actions to the court and other state bodies in accordance with the procedure established by law.
4. A person engaged in security activities who has violated the rights and legitimate interests of third parties is obliged to compensate the victim for the material and moral damage caused in accordance with the legislation.
5. Insurance of risks related to harm to the life and health of employees of entities engaged in security activities, including with their participation in ensuring public order, is carried out in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on mandatory types of insurance.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2000 No. 85.
This Law establishes the legal basis of security activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the status and powers of subjects engaged in security and security activities.
