The production of tobacco products is carried out:

1) at the address specified in the license;

2) on the equipment conforming to the requirements established by the documents on standardization;

3) if you have a production passport;

4) in the presence of buildings and premises owned by the manufacturer of tobacco products on the right of ownership or other rights necessary for the production of tobacco products;

5) if there is a laboratory for technological control of tobacco production.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2003 No. 439.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of tobacco products.
