1. This Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication.

2. To invalidate the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, dated October 18, 1995, No. 2534 "On public holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, No. 21, Article 125).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 No. 267.

This Law defines the legal basis of holidays celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
