Article 6. Placement of apiaries of the Beekeeping Law
1. Individuals and legal entities place apiaries in places where the safety of people is ensured. The procedure for regulating the safe placement of apiaries is determined by the district (city) executive bodies.
2. Nomadic apiaries should be located at honey collection sources at a distance of no closer than one and a half kilometers from each other and three kilometers from stationary apiaries. It is not allowed to place stationary and nomadic apiaries on the way for bees to fly from another previously located apiary to honey collection sources.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2002 No. 303.
This Law regulates relations in the field of beekeeping products production, protection, use and reproduction of bees, their effective use for pollination of crops and all pollinated flora, creation of conditions for increasing productivity of beekeeping, as well as crop production, ensuring guarantees of observance of the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in beekeeping.
