1. Operational search activities are carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) internal affairs bodies;

2) National security agencies;

3) authorized body in the field of foreign intelligence;

4) military intelligence agencies of the Ministry of Defense;

5) Anti-corruption service;

6) State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) The Economic Investigation Service.

2. The list of bodies carrying out operational investigative activities can be changed or supplemented only by law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 15, 1994 No. 154-XIII.

This Law defines the content of operational investigative activities carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its conduct.
