Article 6-1. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Law on Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements

     The competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements includes:  

     1) development of the main directions of the unified state policy in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements;

     2) definition of the state scientific metrological center;  

     3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).      

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
