Article 57. The imposition of punishment for a criminal offense committed in complicity The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. When imposing punishment for a criminal offense committed in complicity, the nature and degree of a person's actual participation in its commission, the significance of this participation for achieving the purpose of the criminal offense, and its impact on the nature and extent of the harm caused or possible are taken into account.
2 Circumstances mitigating or aggravating responsibility and punishment related to the identity of one of the accomplices are taken into account when assigning punishment only to this accomplice.
