Article 546. Limits of application of the specifics of proceedings in cases of persons with privileges and immunity from criminal prosecution CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The specifics of criminal proceedings provided for in this chapter shall not apply to persons whose tenure in the relevant position has been terminated on the grounds prescribed by law at the time of registration of the reason for the start of the pre-trial investigation.
