The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

Article 5. To provide in the revenues of the republican budget the proceeds from the profits of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the end of 1992 in the amount of 55,000,000 thousand rubles and the remaining funds at the beginning of 1993 from the privatization of republican property in the amount of 2,232,400 thousand rubles.  The footnote. Article 5 - as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 13, 1993; the figure of 2,232,400 was increased by 3,999,600 by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 25, 1993.
