Article 5. Publicity of the provision of land plots for individual housing construction of the Law on Individual Housing Construction

     Every citizen has the right to receive information from the local executive body of the city of republican significance, the capital, the district (city of regional significance) on the availability of land plots in this locality (area) intended for individual housing construction, their sizes, as well as on the established rates of land tax for the use of the allocated territory and other payments.  

     The specified information is posted for public viewing in the form of maps (diagrams) of the territory intended for individual residential development with estimated indicators or published in the form of review bulletins.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
