Article 5. Prohibition of unauthorized activities of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Credit Rating Activities

     1. Credit rating activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan may be carried out exclusively by credit rating agencies.

     2. No legal entity established or recognized that is not in accordance with this Law may be called a credit rating agency.

On credit rating activities, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 23, 2026 No. 351-VIII SAM.
