1. The objects of regulation in the field of protection, restoration and use of flora (hereinafter referred to as regulatory objects) are:

1) wild plants, their populations and communities, including:

rare and endangered species;

endemic and relict;

medicinal products;

other types of plants;

2) harvested (harvested) wild plants, their parts and derivatives;

3) green spaces;

4) botanical collections and collections of plant genetic resources;

5) places where plants, their populations and communities grow.

2. The provisions of this Law shall not apply to:

1) agricultural plants;

2) plants growing on household plots, plots for personal subsidiary farming, gardening, country house construction and gardening.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 183-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations and establishes the legal basis of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora.
