1. The main measures of state support for franchise relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan are:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

2) development and improvement of regulatory legal acts on the development and promotion of franchise relations;

3) providing franchising entities with benefits and guarantees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) provision of consulting services on issues related to the implementation of franchise activities;

5) registration and protection of a set of exclusive rights in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a comprehensive business license (franchising);

7) other measures to promote the development and dissemination of a comprehensive business license (franchising) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. State bodies for the support of franchise relations and their functions are determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2002 No. 330.

This Law regulates relations related to the implementation of a comprehensive business license (franchising), defines the content of a comprehensive business license agreement and is aimed at the development and state support of franchising activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
