Article 5. Granting asylum to the Law On the Legal Status of Foreigners

     The Republic of Kazakhstan grants the right of asylum to foreigners who are victims of human rights violations.

     The issue of granting political asylum is decided by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 19, 1995 N 2337.
