Article 5-3. Termination and suspension of the use of a toll highway (section) of the Highway Act

     1. The termination of the use of a toll highway (section) is carried out after the expiration of the period specified in the decision on the use of the highway (section) on a paid basis.  

     2. The suspension of the use of a toll highway (section) is carried out for a certain period of time during a state of war or emergency, as well as in cases of an ecological, natural or man-made emergency.

     3. The decision to suspend the use of a toll road (section) shall be taken by the authorized state body for highways from the moment the circumstances specified in paragraph 2 of this Article arise.

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 No. 245.

      This Law regulates the legal, organizational and economic foundations of the state management of highways in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their construction, operation and development in the interests of the state and users of highways.
