1. State control over the activities of the Government for Citizens State Corporation in the field of state registration of legal entities that are commercial organizations and registration of their branches and representative offices is carried out by the justice authorities in the form of an unscheduled inspection and preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
