 Article 452-1. Inaction in the service of the Head of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Inaction in the service of the chief, expressed in the failure, within the limits of his authority, to take measures to prevent attacks on citizens directly threatening their lives, armed seizure of buildings, destruction of property of citizens or organizations in a generally dangerous manner, if this act was committed in a state of emergency or entailed grave consequences., –

     is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to seven years or imprisonment for the same term.
