1. Having considered a case on a private charge, the judge, guided by the rules of this Code, makes one of the following decisions:

1) passes a guilty or acquittal verdict;

2) terminates the case;

3) when establishing the signs of a criminal offense being prosecuted in public or often publicly, send the case to the appropriate prosecutor to resolve the issue of conducting a pre-trial investigation.

2. A court decision in a private prosecution case may be appealed by the parties in the manner and within the time limits provided for by this Code on general grounds.
