Article 4. Professional and other holidays of the Law on Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     Professional and other holidays are public holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The list of public holidays, with the exception of professional holidays, is established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The list of professional holidays is approved by the authorized state body for labor.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 No. 267.

      This Law defines the legal basis of holidays celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
