The activity of the innovation cluster is based on the principles of:

1) integration of science, education and production;

2) the priority of financing projects of the participants of the innovation cluster aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the national economy;

3) economic efficiency and effectiveness of supporting the activities of the participants of the innovation cluster;

4) development of priority areas of fundamental and applied scientific research;

5) the objectivity and independence of the expertise of the projects of the participants of the innovation cluster, funded by the Fund;

6) development of international cooperation;

7) stimulating the commercialization of technologies in priority sectors of the economy.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2014 No. 207-V SAM.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
