State support of franchise relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan is based on the following principles:

1) unity of principles and forms of state support of franchise relations;

2) coordinated interaction of government agencies in the implementation of state support for franchise relations;

3) the inadmissibility of unjustified interference by government agencies and their officials in the business activities of subjects of franchise relations;

4) protection of competition and restriction of monopolistic activity;

5) transparency in the development and application of state support measures for franchise relations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2002 No. 330.

This Law regulates relations related to the implementation of a comprehensive business license (franchising), defines the content of a comprehensive business license agreement and is aimed at the development and state support of franchising activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
