Article 4. Principles of security activities of the Law on Security Activities - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2025 No. 203-VIII SAM

1. Security activities are based on the constitutional principles of legality, respect and observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as consideration of the vital interests of the individual, society and the state.

2. The implementation of security activities should not violate the rights and freedoms of third parties.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 19, 2000 No. 85.

This Law establishes the legal basis of security activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the status and powers of subjects engaged in security and security activities.
