 Fingerprint and genomic registration is carried out in accordance with the principles:

1) respect for the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen;

2) legality;

3) voluntary and obligatory;

4) humanism;

5) confidentiality;

6) safety for human health;

7) respect for the honor and dignity of the individual.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 40-VI SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
