The activities of the judicial authorities are based on the principles of:

1) legality;

2) ensuring the right to protection, equality of all before the law, respect and observance of human and civil rights and freedoms;

3) transparency, interaction with law enforcement and other government agencies, other organizations and officials;

4) independence from the activities of political parties and other public associations;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 18, 2012 No. 547-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

6) the unity of the judicial system.
