From January 1, 1994, to establish a rate of deductions for state social insurance for all enterprises, organizations and institutions, regardless of their forms of ownership, in the amount of 30 percent of the wage fund. For public organizations of the disabled and pensioners, their enterprises, institutions, organizations and educational institutions, peasant (farm) farms, bar associations, persons engaged in private business activities, to establish a rate of deductions for state social insurance in the amount of 5 percent.

The total amount of social insurance contributions is distributed between the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund according to the standards, respectively, from January 1, 1994, 90 and 10 percent, and from August 1, 1994, 85 and 15 percent.

Abolish mandatory insurance contributions of citizens to the Pension Fund in the amount of 1 percent of wages.
