The main objectives of ensuring the uniformity of measurements are:

1) protection of interests of individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan from unreliable measurement results;

2) obtaining reliable measurement results in fundamental research and scientific developments;

3) integration into the international system of ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
