Article 4. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chapter 2. State regulation of issues of social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities of the Law on Social and Medical-pedagogical Correctional Support for Children with Disabilities

Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

3) on the recommendation of the authorized body in the field of public health protection, approves a free guaranteed amount of medical care in the field of social, medical and pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities;

4) Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 26.06.2021 No. 56-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 2002 No. 343.

This Law defines the forms and methods of social, medical and pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities, is aimed at creating an effective system of assistance to children with developmental disabilities, solving problems related to their upbringing, education, labor and vocational training, and preventing childhood disability.
