1. Information is entered into the unified notary information system by notaries.

Notaries are required to enter information into the unified notary information system:

1) on the commission of notarial acts upon their registration in the electronic register of notarial acts of the unified notarial information system.

When registering in the electronic register of notarial acts of the unified notarial information system of notarial acts to certify or revoke a power of attorney, notaries are required to enter an electronic image of the power of attorney (electronic version) into the unified notarial information system;

2) on the opening of an inheritance upon receipt of applications that are the basis for the establishment of an inheritance case;

3) on the accounting of wills;

4) other information in accordance with the second part of paragraph 1 of Article 4-2 of this Law.

2. Information about the performance of notarial acts is entered by the notary in the electronic register of notarial acts of the unified notarial information system immediately.

3. Information about the opening of an inheritance is entered by a notary in the register of inheritance affairs of the unified notary information system no later than the next business day after receipt of the relevant applications.
