1. The unified notarial digital system is a digital system designed to automate the processes of collecting, processing, storing information about notarial activities and ensuring information interaction.

1-1. The Unified Digital Notary System distributes an application for an executive inscription based on subparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of Article 92-1 of this Law among notaries in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

2. Information about notarial acts performed and other information provided for by this Law are entered into the unified notarial digital system.

3. Information on the performance of notarial acts and other information provided for by this Law must be placed in the notarial digital archive.

4. Access to the unified notarial digital system, in addition to notaries, is provided to persons authorized in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Notaries and other persons to whom access to the information contained in the unified notarial digital system is provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and persons providing support and system maintenance, are obliged not to disclose to third parties or distribute the information contained in such a system, except in cases established by this Law and other laws. laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4-1. Access to the notarial digital archive in the cases established by this Law is provided by the territorial body of justice and the notary chamber to another notary in the manner prescribed by the Rules.

5. The protection of information contained in the unified notarial digital system is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. The rules for using the unified notarial digital system are determined by the authorized body in coordination with the authorized body in the field of digitalization and the authorized body in the field of cybersecurity.

7. The Unified digital notary system can be used for the collection and analysis of information by the Republican Notary Chamber, notary chambers and the authorized body.

8. The unified digital notary system is transferred to the trust management of the Republican Notary Chamber in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property". -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 343-VIII SAM
