Article 4-1. Electronic charity of the Law on Charity -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2026, No. 326-VIII SAM  

     Money transfers related to electronic charity are carried out by philanthropists and (or) charitable organizations electronically through payment service providers in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on payments and payment systems.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
