1. The court shall consider a civil claim at a court hearing in accordance with the rules of Chapter 20 of this Code.

2. A participant in the process may additionally provide evidence to resolve a civil claim. At the same time, he must justify, in order to confirm which circumstances relevant to the case, he wishes to provide evidence.

3. Evidence must be submitted within the time limit set by the court.
