Article 3. The right of citizens to benefits The Law on the State Special Allowance for Persons who have Worked in Underground and Open-pit Mining, in Work with Particularly Harmful and Particularly Difficult Working Conditions, or in Work with Harmful and Difficult Working Conditions

1. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to receive benefits in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Law.

2. The allowance is paid monthly.

3. The benefit is paid regardless of the salary received.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 414.

This Law is aimed at the social protection of citizens who, as of January 1, 1998, had the experience established by this Law in underground and open-pit mining, in work with particularly harmful and particularly difficult working conditions, or in work with harmful and difficult working conditions.
