An innovation cluster is being created and operates in order to accelerate the development of new technologies, further improve the organizational, economic and social conditions for conducting research, developing new technologies, assisting in their commercialization, as well as creating conditions for the implementation of innovative activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2014 No. 207-V SAM.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
