1. The subjects of tourist activity include:

1) tour operators;

2) travel agents;

3) guides, tour guides, and tourism instructors operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan as individual entrepreneurs;

4) public associations in the field of tourism activities;

5) an organization established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development of domestic and inbound tourism;

6) operators of the tourist fee for foreigners.

2. Objects of tourist activity are natural objects and climatic zones, sights, historical and socio-cultural objects of display and other objects that can meet the needs of tourists during the trip.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2001 No. 211.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social, and organizational foundations of tourism activity as one of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
