To be taken into account as part of the republican budget revenues

receipts and contributions to the following funds:

- Fund for the Protection of Mineral Resources and the Reproduction of Mineral Resources

bases;

- Economic Transformation Fund;

- Road Fund;

- State Employment Assistance Fund;

- Fund for Entrepreneurship Support and Competition Development;

- The Nature Conservation Fund. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall finance activities related to the implementation of the functions of these funds as funds become available to them, but not more than the following maximum amount of expenses, depending on the actual amount of income to the relevant fund;

- The Fund for the Protection of the Subsoil and the reproduction of the mineral resource base - 80 percent;

- Economic Transformation Fund - 65 percent;

- Road fund - 60 percent;

- State Employment Assistance Fund

- 70 percent;

- Fund for Entrepreneurship Support and Competition Development

- 80 percent;

- Nature Conservation Fund

- 80 percent.

The Main Tax Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is responsible for monitoring the correctness of the calculation and payment of contributions to funds provided for in the republican budget revenues.
