Article 3. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fingerprint and genomic registration The Law on Fingerprint and Genomic Registration

    1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fingerprint and genomic registration is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. International treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan have priority over this Law. The procedure and conditions of operation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 40-VI SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
