The grounds for establishing administrative supervision are:

(a) A court verdict that has entered into legal force in respect of the persons referred to in subparagraph (a) of article 2 of this Law;

b) materials of institutions of the penal enforcement system - in relation to the persons specified in subparagraph b) of Article 2 of this Law;

c) materials of the internal affairs bodies - in relation to the persons specified in subparagraph c) of Article 2 of this Law.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 1996 No. 28-1.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
