Article 3. Basic principles of enforcement proceedings The Law on Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs
Enforcement proceedings are conducted on the principles of:
1) legality;
2) the timeliness and transparency of enforcement actions and the application of enforcement measures;
3) respect for human honor and dignity;
4) the inviolability of the minimum property necessary for the existence of the debtor and his family members;
5) the correlation between the scope of the claimant's claims and the enforcement measures;
6) the proportionality of the distribution of the collected amounts among the claimants of one queue if they are insufficient to fully satisfy all the requirements of the queue;
7) reimbursement at the expense of the debtor of the costs of enforcement of the enforcement document;
8) freedom of appeal in court against procedural actions and decisions of the bailiff.
