1. The authorized body has the right to apply sanctions to a professional participant in the securities market, regardless of the supervisory response measures previously applied to him, in the form of suspension or revocation of a license to conduct all or certain types of activities in the securities market on the grounds established by Article 51 of this Law.

2. The decision to suspend or revoke the license of a professional participant in the securities market to conduct all or certain types of activities on the securities market comes into force from the date of its adoption.

The license is considered suspended from the date of bringing such a decision to the attention of a professional participant in the securities market.

3. Information on the decision to suspend or revoke the license is published on the Internet resource of the authorized body in Kazakh and Russian languages.

4. The decision to revoke a license to conduct all or certain types of activities on the securities market may be appealed on behalf of a professional participant in the securities market only by its shareholders.

The decision to revoke the license to conduct all or certain types of activities on the securities market may be appealed on behalf of a professional participant in the securities market, which is a branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, only by a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
