1. After reviewing the materials of the criminal case of the participants in the process and resolving their petitions, the person conducting the pre-trial investigation shall draw up a report on the completion of the pre-trial investigation.

2. If a person is suspected of committing several criminal offenses, each one is described in chronological order, starting with the criminal offense committed earlier than the others.
