Article 25. Deprivation of the right to use a historical and cultural monument of the Law on the Protection and Use of Objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage

     Individuals and legal entities who use a historical and cultural monument are deprived of the right to use it in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan if they violate their obligation to use a historical and cultural monument in accordance with its nature and purpose, as a result of which the historical and cultural monument is threatened with destruction or damage.
